All sales of digital products, including digital holiday cards, are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. Digital products are available for instant download as digital files and are not designed to be printed. If a customer chooses to print their digital card, Elder Sons is not responsible for the quality of the print.

All sales of print-to-order products, including tote bags and lunch bags, are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued. Print-to-order products are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold.

Print-to-Order Products:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
